Alan Duane Perkins, 62; of Soda Springs, Idaho passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

Alan was born on July 1, 1959 in Pocatello, Idaho the son of Delvin Duane and Marilyn Evans Perkins.

He had lived in Pocatello, Preston and Soda Springs.

Alan married Kaylin Viehweg in June of 1979 in Soda Springs, Idaho.  They were later divorced.

He later married Carolyn Dale on June 24, 1994 in Preston, Idaho.  They were later divorced.

Alan is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He enjoyed working on cars and tinkering with anything that had a motor.  He had a passion for motorcycles and was a skilled rider.  He excelled in track in his high school years.

He is survived by a brother Wayne D. and Dawn Perkins of Soda Springs, ID. and two sisters, Delene Moore of Soda Springs, ID and Lynette Leigh of Cedar City, UT and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents and a nephew Justin Moore.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Soda Springs Bailey Creek LDS Chapel.  Family will visit with friends from 12-12:45 p.m. at the Church prior to service.  Burial will be in the Soda Springs Fairview Cemetery.
