Alice Weeks Trappett, 102, passed away peacefully in her home in Grace, ID on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014. She was born August 31, 1912 to Robert and Sarah Weeks. Alice married George Edward (Ted) Trappett on February 14, 1934. They had 5 children, Pauline, Gwen, Paul, Sandra and Ileen Hope. Alice and Ted moved their family to Utah in 1943 and retired back to the ranch in Thatcher, ID. Alice was preceded in death by her husband Ted on June 6, 1984. She traveled some after her husband's death. Her favorite pastime was reading. When she became blind she listened to books on tape. Alice worked to get her temple recommend and went thru the temple on September 30, 2005. Alice is survived by her two daughters, Gwen (Robert) Orr of West Jordan, UT, Sandra (Ben David) Cleaveland, of Grace, ID. and 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two daughters, Pauline Trappett, Ileen Hope Reidle, and a son Paul Trappett, and five siblings, Richard Vere "Bob" Weeks, Robert Roy Weeks, Audrey Hill, Phyllis Reed and Fay Bennett. Services will be held on Sat. Dec. 20, 2014 at Noon at the Thatcher/Williams Ward Chapel. Family will visit with friends on Friday 7-8 and Sat. 11-11:45 at the Church. Listen to service
