Audrey Bernice Brooks, 74; of Soda Springs passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at her home.
Audrey was born on January 23, 1937 in Calipatria, California the daughter of Herbert and Lucille Hughes Pitts.
She married Clyde E. Brooks on July 3, 1989 in Reno, Nevada. He passed away March, 2001.
Audrey was a CNA and had worked at the Caribou Memorial Hospital and the Living Center in Soda Springs.
She loved taking care of people and animals. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and watching the game show network.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter, Mikel Lee and Vicki Morrow of Soda Springs, ID; Richard Eugene Amos of Soda Springs, ID; Richard Lee Dabel of Florida; Rhonda Lorene and Doug Trosper of Soda Springs, ID. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Brooks, and a son David Amos.
Services will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Noon at the Sims Funeral Home in Soda Springs. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Funeral Home and on Thursday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home prior to services. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs.
