Obituary
Barbara Sutton Norris, 90; of Soda Springs passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009.
Barbara was born February 15, 1919 the daughter of David James and Mary Emma Brown Sutton in Pocatello, Idaho.
She lived in Pocatello, Idaho from 1919 to 1924 when her family moved to Logan, UT. She lived in Logan until 1937.
Barbara married Carl LaSelle Norris on September 17, 1937 in Logan, Utah in the Logan LDS Temple.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in various positions such as visiting teacher, dance director for 18 years and taught in the primary and mutual.
Barbara was a LPN and worked at the Caribou Memorial Hospital for 18 years.
She liked puzzles and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by one daughter and two sons, Ann and KC Bedingfield of West Jordan, UT; David & Carol Norris of Soda Springs ,ID; Jeffery and Cindy Norris of Orem, UT. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and one brother Warren "Bill" Sutton. She was preceded in death by one son, Michael Norris, a grandson, Chris Norris and 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
Services were held on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Soda Springs LDS 1st Ward Chapel (361 S. 3rd E.). Burial was in the Randolph Cemetery in Randolph, Utah.
