Betty Arlene Chrisman, 70, of Soda Springs passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at the Caribou Memorial Hospital.
She was born on August 18, 1943 in Newport, Kentucky the daughter of Wilburn Otis and Ruby Ilene Moore Richter.
Betty lived in Newport, Kentucky until 1976 when she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. She then moved to Soda Springs in 2001.
She married Ronald Suter and they were later divorced.
She married Phillip Wayne Chrisman, they were later divorced.
Betty began working as a postal worker in Las Vegas in 1979 and retired in 2001.
She is survived by two sons, Shawn & Jodi Suter of Soda Springs, ID, Justin Chrisman of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Megan Suter Ozburn, Kimbery Suter, Samantha Suter, Shelby Suter, Ethan Suter, and three great-grandchildren, Mylez Ozburn, Ella Ozburn and Lukas Ozburn, and one brother, Wayne Richter. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, and a brother Denny Richter.
Services will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at 6:00 pm, at the Soda Springs Baptist Church.
