Blair returned to the loving arms of his Heavenly Father after suffering complications from pneumonia.

He was born to Jeff and Zan Poulsen Coonce in Reno, NV; and was greeted at home by his sister, Jacquelin Leigh Coonce. He attended school at Brown, Mendive, and graduated from Reed High School in 2007. After school, he went to work at High Sierra Industries.

Blair was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was his dad's best buddy and liked to pal around with him in their vintage firetruck. He enjoyed parties, parades, music, and loving on his mom. Blair was a sweet spirit and a blessing to his family and many friends.

He is survived by his parents, sister, brother Scot Clark, nephew Jeffrey Blair Clark, aunts, uncles, and cousins who all loved him.

Blair will be laid to rest next to his grandparents in the Fairview Cemetery of Soda Springs, ID at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017
