IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bowdrie Scott
Chatterton
July 11, 1998 – March 13, 2019
Bowdrie Scott Chatterton of Soda Springs Idaho passed away on March 13, 2019 in Boise Idaho. But he will live in our hearts forever.
Bowdrie was born in Logan, Utah July 11, 1998 and was our little miracle. He was born with a myriad of heart problems which required 7 open heart surgeries, his first of which was at two weeks old. This led to many hard roads of recovery. Despite all odds, Bowdrie pulled through and was able to spend many fun and beautiful times with his family. Bowdrie lived with his family in Logan for a year and a half and later moved to Preston Idaho for 2 years and then moved to Soda Springs Idaho and lived there for 16 years. While living in Soda, Bowdrie discovered a love for the mountains, the great outdoors and enchantments this area has to offer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his best buddy, his Dad. He had a love for camping and spending time with his friends. Bowdrie had a way of making friends everywhere he went no matter what age and was loved by all.
Bowdrie was preceded in death by his Mother Allison Elizabeth Autry and Grandfather Eddie Chatterton. He was survived by his Father Eddie Shane Chatterton, Grandparents Ronnie and Bonnie Bevins, Diana Franks, and Kathy Chatterton. His siblings were Brother Donavan Hunsaker, Sisters Samantha Powell, Tasha Peterson, DelLona Chatterton, Rebecca Stone (Braden), and Tiana Hunsaker.
Services will be held on Friday, March 22 at 11 a.m. at the Soda Springs Bailey Creek LDS Chapel.
Family will visit with friends on Thursday evening at the Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Church prior to services. Burial will be in the Soda Springs Fairview Cemetery.
Special thanks to all who loved and cared for our Bowdrie. He will live on forever in our memories and our hearts. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to help with funeral costs at Sims Funeral Home.
