IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brandon D.
Johnston
February 11, 1986 – September 25, 2023
Brandon D Johnston, 37 of Soda Springs, ID passed away in Pocatello, ID on September 25, 2023. Brandon was born on February 11th, 1986 to David Johnston and Wendy Rigby. He was raised in Soda Springs where he later graduated from Soda Springs High School.
He later married Alyssum Rowland of Montpelier, ID in September, 2012 together they had 3 beautiful children Nyah, Maddox and Lyrik. They later divorced but remained great friends sharing the beautiful memories while co parenting over the years.
Brandon had a love for many different things. Including music.. The love he had for music and the way lyrics could resonate with someone was something beautiful. From his morning metal wakeup texts to his brother Tyler, or his random song outbursts throughout the day. He had a great love for star gazing, concerts, snowboarding, outdoors and anything involving his kids.
He's been with longtime girlfriend Myiesta for five years. They built a fun and beautiful life over those years. They enjoyed using the telescope together, many concerts and lots of cherished memories with the kids and family.
He is survived by his children Nyah (15), Maddox (12), Lyrik (10). His parents David Johnston (Lisa), Wendy Rigby (Ryan). His Brother Tyler Johnston, and his sister Brittney Johnston (Henry). Shelbs the Merrill (His other sister) Niece Whitney and Nephews Adan and Carlos.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Jack Johnston, Jeannie Sorensen, Larry and Deleana Burton, and too many good friends.
Brandon had a passion for everything, whatever he did he always gave his all. From being a dad, a brother, a friend and much more. Including his two jobs Rescar and KBS.
He'll never know the impact he has made on all of the lives he's touched, but we like to think that he's now one of those many stars watching over us now.
In Brandon fashion we ask everyone to come dressed how you feel most comfortable. Band tees are HIGHLY encouraged!
Let's celebrate this beautiful soul in the only way he would want, loud music and the people he loves.
