Brian David Moody age 43 passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
Brian was born in Pocatello Idaho on October 5, 1975 to Paul and Paula Moody. He was the youngest child having an older brother Paul and older sister Lorri. Brian attended school at Irving and Pocatello High.
He married Brandi McGee and was blessed with two children Kaylee Annette and Konner David. They were later divorced.
Brian was engaged to his sweetheart Katelynn Nicole Monk.
Katelynn, Kaylee, and Konner were Brians greatest blessing and he cherished them dearly.
Calling him a carpenter was an understatement Brian was a true craftsman in many trades and he took great pride in everything he did.
For the last 7 years Brian worked at Zachry Industrial, Inc. in Soda Spring as a maintenance Foreman. Brian loved his working family.
Brian loved the outdoors, fishing and being with his family. His greatest accomplishments were his children Kaylee and Konner.
Brian was preceded in death by his grandmother Laurel Thomas, his mother Paula Moody and Aunt Karen Thomas.
Brian is survived by his fiancé Katelynn Monk, daughter Kaylee Annette, son Konner David, Father Paul (Jaylynn) Moody, Brother Paul (Chris) Moody, sister Lorri (Jim) Brown. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews Corey (Jasmin) Gunn, Ashlyn (Matt) Hansen, Kaden and Morgan Brown, Riley Moody and Quinn Moody.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 16th 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home. Family will meet with friends at 11:30 prior to the service.
