Carl Junior Lemons, 77, of Soda Springs passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
He was born February 24, 1941 in Jefferson City, Missouri the son of Jesse Carl and Blanche Mackin Lemons.
He married Rosalie Ann Morgan on August 26, 1965 in Blackfoot, Idaho.
Carl had lived in Blackfoot for 4 years and Morland for 4 years before moving to Bancroft where they lived for 2 years and then moved to Soda Springs where they have lived for 41 years.
He worked for Caribou Memorial Hospital for 31 years.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being with family and friends. He loved tinkering with tools and being in the great outdoors, camping and helping others.
He is survived by his wife Rosalie A. Lemons of Soda Springs, ID, and three daughters, Ellen Lee Lemons of Soda Springs, ID, Roxann and Will Muir of Soda Springs, ID, Kellie and Nicolas Pena of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10+ great-grandchildren and two sisters Louise Sproul and Wanda Butler. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Dee Wayne Lemons, and Rory Borchert, a daughter Venise Lemons and a granddaughter Venise Borchert and two sisters, Letha Ellen Lemons and Alma Garett.
Services will be held on Wednesday, August 1 at Noon at the Soda Springs Hooper LDS Chapel. Family will visit with friends on Tuesday evening 6-7 p.m. at the Funeral Home and on Wednesday morning from 11-11:45 a.m. at the Church prior to services. Burial will be in the Bancroft Cemetery.
