Carol JoAnn Rasmussen Call, 85; of Grace, Idaho passed away January 27, 2022 in Pocatello, Idaho.

Carol was born on December 24, 1936, in Niter, Idaho the daughter of Rasmus Clemmon and Alba Dorlesky Miles Rasmussen.

She was raised in Thatcher and lived in Grace, ID and also Pocatello, ID for 45 years.

She attended Cove and Thatcher Elementary and Grace Junior High and High School.  She was a cheerleader for the Grace Red Devils.

After graduation from high school Carol met and married DeMar Sorensen, also of Grace.  They were married 21 years, then divorced.  Carol met and married Kenneth Call and later divorced after four years of marriage.

Once the family located to Pocatello, Carol started working at American Microsystems Inc. and continued with ON Semiconductor after a company merge.  She remained there for 27 years, then retired.

Carol enjoyed flower gardening, baking and family get togethers.

She is survived by two sons, Nathan (Anjel) Sorensen of Tremonton, UT, Gordon (Kandi) Sorensen of Swan Valley, ID, three daughters, Leslee Sorensen of Pocatello, ID, Anne Marie (Bill Wood) Sorensen, Pocatello, ID, Shauna (Bill) Frayer of Inkom, ID.  She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, three brothers, Royce (Sharon) Rasmussen of Price, UT, Lloyd (Linda) Rasmussen of Thatcher, ID, Craig (Cheryl) Rasmussen of Soda Springs, ID, and a sister Debra (Max) Hemmert of Pocatello, ID.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two nephews.

Family will visit with friends on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home prior to going to the Thatcher Cemetery for a Graveside at 1 p.m.
