Carol Jean Lewis, 82; of Grace, Idaho passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

Carol was born on September 4, 1939 in Soda Springs, Idaho the daughter of Truman and Bernice Call Ashbaker.

She Married John William Lewis on December 6, 1957 in Grace, Idaho.  They were later divorced.

Carol spent 20 years in Grace before moving to Orange, California where she lived for 34 years.  She returned back to Grace and has lived there for 27 years.

She enjoyed fishing, canning, gardening and especially enjoyed spending time and spoiling Grace High School football kids.

She is survived by a son, Steven John and Tammy Annette Lewis of Grace, ID and 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and a sister Cleone Rodriguez of Grace, ID and numerous nephews and nieces.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Noon at the Grace LDS Stake Center.  Family will visit with friends on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Stake Center and also on Wednesday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Stake Center prior to services.  Burial will be in the Grace Cemetery.
