Obituary

Michael Chad Sparrow, 53; of Soda Springs passed away on November 5, 2021.

Chad was born on August 1, 1968, in Logan Utah to Norman and Yvonne Sparrow. He was raised in Soda Springs Idaho. He graduated from Soda Springs High School in 1986.

Lived in Pocatello while attending Idaho State University for Diesel Mechanics.

He married Lisa Berg in Soda Springs Idaho on August 12, 1988, they were later divorced. Together they had Kylee, Kimber and Mckay. He was also married and divorced to Jeanna Seaton and Susan Bingham. He married the love of his life Caron Jones Keller on June 7, 2013.

Chad served 16 years total in the armed forces.  While in the military he lived in Ludowici Georgia, Colorado Springs Colorado, Soule South Korea and Soda Springs Idaho.   Outside of the military he lived in Jackson Hole and Alpine Wyoming and Victor Idaho, Syracuse and Bountiful Utah.

Chad was a born again Christian and loved God with his whole heart.

He owned his own trucking company Sparrow Trucking LLC

Chad enjoyed camping, snowmobiling, ATV rides, hunting and spending time in the mountains. His favorite activity to do was spend time with his loved ones which consisted of family and friends. Chad was a passionate person who put his whole heart into everything he did. He loved with his whole heart.

He is survived by his wife, Caron Sparrow of Soda Springs, ID,  2 sons, Mckay (Mariah) Sparrow, Dustin Keller and 4 daughters, Kylee Hansen, Kimber (Chase) Olson, Dezaray (Tyler) Zellmer, Rowan Keller and Taylor Reese, 5 grandchildren, Landon and Allie Hansen, Payten and Camden Olson, Leona Taite Sparrow, Gracelynn and EJ Zellmer, Juniper Timmons, McKay, Rowdy and Dusty Jo Keller, parents Norman and Yvonne Sparrow of Lehi, UT, 2 brothers, Norman Gregg (Kristy) Sparrow of Syracuse Utah and Jared Sparrow of Lehi Utah, 2 sisters, Kristin (John) Slauson of Sandy Utah and Yvett (Michael) Schenk of Lehi Utah and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Glen and Verla Sparrow, Curtis and Delpha Minor and Edward Bowen, and a great nephew, Oliver Parrish.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Open Arms Church in Soda Springs (11 S. Hooper Ave.)  Family will visit with friends on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home.
