Christopher Murray Bailey, 51; of Irvine, CA passed away with his family by his side on Friday, November 6, 2009, following a brave battle with cancer.

Christopher was born July 15, 1958 in Salzburg, Austria the son of Raymond Murray and Shirley Ann Moyer Bailey.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Christopher met Brenda Nielsen in July 1990. They were married December 29, 1990 in Grace, Idaho. They were later sealed in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple.

He loved to ride BMW motorcycles and loved to go to museums and art. He took every opportunity to study art and further his talent. He loved to sketch and make clay models. He also liked a good political argument. Many a family member or friends spent an hour or two battling wits with Chris.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Brenda Nielsen Bailey, and son Andrew Harrison Bailey of Irvine, CA; his father Raymond Bailey of Alexandria, CA; a sister Kimberly of Santa Rosa, CA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Moyer Bailey.

Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 2009 in Irvine, CA. Graveside services were held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Grace Cemetery in Grace, Idaho.
