Dahl Thompson, 91; of Soda Springs passed away November 2, 2011 at the Caribou Memorial Living Center in Soda Springs.
Dahl was born July 18, 1920 in Franklin, Idaho the daughter of Jonathan H. and Rachael Neilsen Neeley.
She grew up in Cub River. She married Willard "Bill" H. Thompson on April 16, 1938. He passed away in January 2000.
They lived in Milford, Utah, Ohio, Pocatello and McCammon. She lived the last 8 years in Soda Springs.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing, horses and snowmobiling.
Dahl is survived by two sons and one daughter. Dick and Ruth Ann Thompson of Soda Springs, ID; Michael Thompson of Kennewick, WA; Karen Meek of Liberty Lake, WA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard "Bill", two sons Willard L. "Big Bill" and Bob Thompson.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 7, 2011 at Noon at the Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello. The family will visit with friends on Sunday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home.
