Obituary

Dana Lee Robbins Muir Revoir passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at her home after an extended illness. Dana Lee was born December 12, 1943 in Brigham City Utah to John and Phyllis Robbins, and was one of seven children. She attended Soda Springs High School where she was active in Choir. Following high school, she went on to attend business school at Stevens Heneger College where she graduated with an Associate Degree. On April 15, 1961, she married Terry Joe Muir at the Hooper Church in Soda Springs. Together they had a beautiful daughter, Terri Lee. After his untimely death in the fall of 1961, she married John Edwin Revoir on March, 13, 1964. John and Dana Lee had two wonderful sons, John Jr. and Scott. They raised their family on a farm near Grace Idaho. In 1981, John's work took them to Winnemucca, Nevada and later to Dyer Nevada where they stayed until his passing in 1989. After her loss, she moved back home to be closer to family. Dana Lee loved travel and adventure, throughout her later years she spent time living near each of her children. In 1996 she moved to Hermiston, Oregon, where her son John Jr. lived. There she worked managing an apartment complex, but spent her free time surrounded by her grandchildren. In 2001, she grew tired of the rain on the west coast and moved east to Nashville, Tennessee, close to her youngest son, Scott. There she worked as an administrative assistant for an insurance company, Xantis. She loved her job and the many people she worked with. In 2005, as the company restructured and jobs were eliminated, she decided to return home to be close to her mother, sister, and only daughter, Terri. While in Soda, she spent time working as a cashier at Lallatin's Food Town, where she enjoyed visiting with familiar faces. Dana Lee had a deep love of music, which she shared with everyone around, either through her beautiful singing voice or her signature dance moves. She was a wonderful cook, and her chicken noodle soup could cure just about any ailment. She looked forward to the annual girl's trip to Wendover, Nevada, where fond memories were made and occasionally some money won. She is survived by her mother, Phyllis Robbins; three children, Terri Stephens (Randy), John Revoir Jr (Tracee), Scott Revoir (Reyna); two sisters, Tina Lindsay, Debra Greer; two brothers, Mark Robbins, and Barry Robbins. She has 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by husbands Terry Joe Muir, John Edwin Revoir; father John A. Robbins; sisters Janice Christensen, Kayleen Seamons; a niece Jennifer Argon, and great nephew Blake Anderson. Memorial services will be held on July 27, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Sims Funeral Home in Soda Springs, Idaho. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home from 10:30 to 11:45 prior to services. Interment will be at the Grace Cemetery.
