Obituary
David was born August 31, 1942. Passed away November 27, 2017. He was born in Pocatello,
Idaho, raised in Bancroft, Idaho and Soda Springs, Idaho.
Among many things, he volunteered as a Special Deputy of the Bear Lake County Sheriff's Department, Search &
Rescue, volunteer EMT, and volunteer firefighter. His biggest hobby was wildlife
photography.
He was preceded in death by his father, Evan Izatt, his mother, Gloria Kelly Izatt,
his wife, Dorothy Ann Izatt, his great-granddaughter, Kassandra Greene, and his brother, Kelly
Izatt. He is survived by his daughter, Jami Izatt, his grandsons, Sean Greene, Jared Greene,
and Evan Izatt, six great grandchildren, his sister, Marie Hogan, and his brother, Dan Izatt.
At his request he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
