Debra Shupe, 53; of Grace passed away Friday, November 13, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Debra was born January 8, 1956 in Roy, Utah the daughter of Lloyd Dan and Shirley Beth Tuck Stokes.
She attended Weber High School.
Debra Married Lyle Paul Shupe on August 24, 1972 in Roy, Utah.
They lived in Ogden, Utah until 1990 when they moved to Blackfoot, Idaho. They lived in Blackfoot until 2002 when they moved to Grace, Idaho.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served faithfully in various capacities.
She loved the outdoors, homemaking and crafts, baking and taking care of her family.
Debra is survived by her husband Lyle, three sons and two daughters; Jeff and Camille Shupe of Blackfoot, ID; Joe Shupe of Grace, ID; Jake and Wendy Shupe of Grace, ID; Danna and Casey Burk of Twin Falls, ID; and Amanda Shupe of Grace, ID. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, her mother Shirley Beth Stokes, three brothers, Daniel Stokes, Donald Stokes, Richard Stokes, and three sisters, Linda Anderton, Sandra Hoffer and Pamela Lish. She was preceded in death by her father Lloyd Dan Stokes, a grandson Karsen Burk and a granddaughter Gwen Shupe.
Services were held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 1 P.M. at the Thatcher-Williams Ward Chapel in Niter, ID.
Burial was in the Lago Cemetery.
