Delecta Roholt Harris, 93; of Grace passed away Sunday, August 16, 2009 in Montpelier at the Bear Lake Memorial Living Center.
Delecta was born September 22, 1915 in Cleveland, Idaho the daughter of Hans Jacob and Violet Ransom Roholt.
She was raised in Cleveland, ID until 1929 when her family moved to St. Ignatius, Montana where she attended and graduated from High School. In 1934 she moved to Grace, Idaho.
She married Dean Adolf Westerberg on September 12, 1934 in the Logan LDS Temple. They were later divorced.
She married Lowell Eugene Thomas on May 3, 1941 in Elko, Nevada and they were later divorced.
Delecta married Henry George Harris on March 14, 1967 in Pocatello, Idaho. He passed away March 16, 2000.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Delecta was a Co-Owner of the Lowell's Café in Grace until it burned down in 1951.
She enjoyed fishing, camping, crocheting, crafts, reading and word search puzzles.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Jay Dean and Carla Thomas of Idaho Falls, ID; Lowell Brent and Rae Thomas of Tacoma, WA; and Maureen and Joel Dunn of Montpelier, ID. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren and two sisters Yvonne Steinberg and Edythe Joyce Fowler.
She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
Services were held on Friday, August 21, 2009 at Noon at the Grace LDS Stake Center. Burial was in the Cleveland Cemetery.
