Diana Elynn Leavitt, 64, of Soda Springs passed away at her home.
Diana was born on December 13, 1953 in Soda Springs, Idaho the daughter of Charles Wilford and Gloria Lavern Wood.
She is survived by a step-daughter, Danielle Leavitt and a sister Gloria J. Woodworth. She was preceded in death by her husband Dan L. Leavitt.
At her request she was cremated and no services will be held at this time.
