Earlene Larue Crawford, 80; of Soda Springs, Idaho passed away on March 23, 2022.

Our beautiful and caring wife, mother and grandma is now riding her horse in Heaven and walking thru fields of wildflowers with her soulmate and best friend, James Crawford and all their pampered pets that she loved so much.

Earlene was born September 16, 1941 in Idaho Falls, Idaho the daughter of Earl and Josephine Haight Holden.

She has lived in Dubois, Idaho for 18 years and Conda, Idaho for 13 years before moving to Soda Springs, Idaho where she has lived for the past 49 years.

Earlene married James Roger Rose in May of 1958 in Dubois, Idaho.  They were later divorced.

She married James E. Crawford on September 16, 1972 in Soda Springs, Idaho.  He passed away on August 1, 2019.

Earlene was a dispatcher for the County Sheriff department.

She is survived by two sons and 5 daughters, Alan Crawford of Soda Springs, ID, Dusty (Alicia) Rose of Soda Springs, ID, Janette Paul Poquoson, VA, Diane Crawford of Sequim, WA, Travene (Neil) Armstrong of Soda Springs, ID, Becky (Rick) Christensen of Soda Springs, ID, Sally (Craig) Hill of Soda Springs, ID.  She is also survived by 34 Grandchildren and 85 Great-grandchildren, two brothers, Kent (Eileen) Holden of Salmon, ID, Lyle Holden of Spencer, ID and a sister Jeanette Holden of Idaho Falls, ID.  She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a sister Betty Zeufelt and a brother Rex Holden.

Services will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Soda Springs Hooper LDS Chapel.  Family will visit with friends from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Church prior to services.  Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs.
