On a very cold, wintry February 26, 2019 in Soda Springs, Idaho our mother, grandmother, sister, niece and friend passed away from the ravages of cancer. She was a feisty lady, yet a loving parent and cherished friend. We will miss her more than we can say, but at the same time we are so grateful that her suffering is over.

Greta was born December,1931. She was the only daughter of Relia Lallatin and Dennis Nichols. She lived her entire life in Soda Springs. For eighty-seven years she gathered precious memories of a large close family and watched the many changes, not only to her family, but to the community she loved. Changes that only time can produce. The buildings of her elementary school and her high school education have been torn down to make way for new buildings, but nothing can take away the pleasure, friends and learning that those buildings gave to her.

In September 1950, she married Clifford Elmer Lundin. They were the parents of three children, a son, Oscar, and daughters LaVanda (Condie), and Deanna. She is survived by her daughter Deanna (Tom), her brother Ronald (Connie), granddaughter Lacey, sister-in-law Alice, her Aunt Gwen and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, Clifford, her daughter Condie, her son Oscar, grandson Michael, parents Relia and Dennis and brother Fred. Second only to her family, she was totally committed to the color yellow!

By her request there will be no viewing but a graveside service will take place at the
Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs on Monday, March 4 at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, when the sun shines and the grass is green have a picnic at Hooper and think of her.
