Jackie Mae Parks Davis, 83, of Soda Springs passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Caribou Memorial Hospital.
Jackie was born on August 19, 1932 in Austin, Texas the daughter of Sammie and Dessie Jones Parks.
She lived in Austin, Texas until the age of 8 when her family moved to California. She lived in California and Lava Hot Springs, Idaho back and forth throughout her life and has spent the last 12 years in Soda Springs.
Jackie married Harvey Davis in 1949 in California. He passed away on May, 23, 2003.
She enjoyed sewing, baking and loved to try her luck on a slot machine now and then.
She is survived by one son, Dave Davis of Soda Springs, ID, and four daughters, Harvellee Sannella of Escondido, CA, Beverly Hammerland of Soda Springs, ID, Ryan Kelly of Soda Springs, ID, and Lenna Ray of Pocatello, ID. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and one brother Sammie Parks of Redland, CA and four sisters, Alice Nicholas of Fountain Valley, CA, Barbara Dubois of Ventura, CA, Kathy Gilbreath of Simi Valley, CA, Evelyn Monson of Hemet, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Davis and one son Terry Davis and a brother LeRoy Parks.
Cremations services were held and memorial services will be held at a later date.
