Jeraldine Bowen, 82; of Soda Springs passed away Peacefully at home on Friday, March 29, 2020.

Jeraldine Bassett was born on January 6, 1938 in Bloomington, Idaho. She was the second of ten children born to Loran and Helen Hansen Bassett.

She married William Verdell Bowen on July 19, 1952. Together the couple welcomed five children.

Jeri enjoyed gardening and sewing, bur nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her children or grandchildren.

Jeraldine is survived by her husband of 68 years, Bill Bowen; her five children, Larry (Cindy) Bowen, Julie (Duane) Graham, Lori Peoples, Michael (Shauna) Bowen, and Ginger Bragg; and her four brothers, Loran Dee Bassett, Curtis (Sue) Bassett, Ted (Judy) Bassett, Shuell (Pauline) Bassett; and also 17 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Loran and Helen Bassett, two brothers, Lavell Bassett, Alvin Bassett, three sisters, Beverly Shurtleff, Connie Christensen, Wendy Bassett and a great grandson.
