Lorna June Rigby Turner returned home to the loving hands of her Father in Heaven on October 24th, 2017 peacefully surrounded by her family.
June was born in Hooper Utah to Wilmer Raymond Rigby and Lida Elnora Wadsworth Rigby on August 18th 1930.
June was known for her compasion for others, writing letters, notes taking meals making cookies and birthday cards with $2.00 bills. June was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she served in many callings including Young Women and Relief Society President, She loved her Savior and family.
June and Jay Turner owned and managed an irrigation company Turner Farms and Turner's Cafe with June being bookkeeper for all three. In 1946, she fell in love with Jay Turner. They were married, October 9th 1947 in Pocatello, Idaho. On the 19th of March 1951 they were sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan Utah temple.
She is survived by her sister Maurine (Richard) Myer Glendora California and brother Harold (Geniel) Rigby Spring Texas, children Alan (LaRue) Turner, Logan Utah Patricia (Lonnie) Seiler, Pocatello Idaho Barbara (Pete) Peterson Grace Idaho Cheryl (Bruce) Hebdon Pocatello Idaho Tracy (Kim)Young Grace Idaho 23 grandchildren,43 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her spouse Henry Jay Turner, her parents, her two brothers Blaine and Max, her two sisters Donna and Norma two granddaughters Shauna Jean Turner and Michelle Lynn Peterson Norman, grandson Aaron Alan Turner and great grandson Andrew Peterson.

There will be a viewing on Friday October 27th 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Grace Idaho Stake Center and Saturday October 28th 2017 from 10:00 to 11:30 with a funeral service at 12:00 pm at the Grace Idaho Stake Center 404 South Main St Grace Idaho. Burial will be at the Grace Cemetery in Grace Idaho.
