Linda Peterson 41, of Cornish Utah formerly of Grace Idaho passed away October 24th surrounded by family. Linda was born to Mark and Leona Peterson on May 19th, 1981 in Logan Utah. She was greeted lovingly into this world by her father who got to hold her on his chest to warm her low body temperature, and she warmed his heart for the rest of her life.

Linda spent her childhood in Grace, she graduated from Grace High School in 1999. She became a first time mother to Wyatt who died shortly after birth in the year 2000. Two years later her life was blessed by the birth of her daughter, Shaylee Don Peterson. Linda married Brady Alvey in 2005 and in 2006 Linda's life was blessed again by another daughter, Kimberlee Mark Alvey. Linda and Brady eventually divorced but remained close friends and worked together in raising their daughters. Linda made a home for herself and her daughters in Cornish Utah, she worked for Pepperidge Farms for nineteen years. Linda always had a quick wit and a desire to make all she encountered laugh. She had a love for little children that had no end. She could ensure the most timid and shy child would laugh and have fun.

Linda is survived by her mom and dad, Mark and Leona Peterson of Grace Idaho, her two daughters, Shaylee Don Peterson of Salt Lake City Utah, Kimberlee Alvey of Richmond Utah. One brother Troy and Gina Peterson of Vernal Utah, one sister Lisa Wallentine of Grace Idaho, and her nieces and nephews, cousins, and aunt and uncles who she loved dearly. Her special friend Walt and her beloved pets Morty and Ian.

"I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always;  As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be."

A Graveside service will be held on Monday October 31st, 11:00 am at the Grace Cemetery.  Family will meet with friends from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the graveside.
