Mary Marie Reese Baum, 60, of Soda Springs passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.

Mary Marie was born on September 9, 1953 in Soda Springs, Idaho the daughter of Erastus Leo and Martha Mary Mayne Reese.

She was raise in Soda Springs and graduated from Soda Springs High School and then attended Beau Reina Beauty School.  She has also lived in California and Texas and returned home to Soda Springs.

Mary Marie enjoyed crafts.

She is survived by her mother Martha Reese of Soda Springs, ID, a brother E. Leo Reese Jr. of Buhl, ID, a sister Judy R. Cheramie of Soda Springs, ID.  She is also survived by 2 nephews, 3 great-nephews and numerous aunts and uncles.  She was preceded in death by her father E. Leo Reese Sr.

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home.  The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 11:30-12:30 prior to services.  Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs.
