Norma May Windley Toomer, 90; of Soda Springs, Idaho passed away at the Caribou Memorial Living Center.

Norma was born May 17, 1930 in Garden City, Utah the daughter of Ray William and pearl Edna Windley.

Norma marred Alfred Jack Toomer on July 17, 1948 in Soda Springs, Idaho.  They were later sealed in the Logan LDS Temple on May 4, 2012.  Jack passed away May 2, 2011.

She enjoyed cooking and doing all kinds of crafts.

Norma is survived by three sons and one daughter, Jackie Lee Toomer of Ferron, UT, Lewis Leon and Pamela Toomer of Soda Springs, ID, Tracy Jack and Brandy Toomer of Pocatello, ID, Pearl Ann and Michael Murray of Pocatello, ID.  Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, two sisters, VerNae Lester of Soda Springs, ID, Arlene Vallentine of Montpelier, ID.  She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one daughter-in-law, Christine Toomer, one brother and six sisters, Darrell, Dortha, Edna, Mary, Marie, Lapreal and Colleen.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 1 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs.
