Obituary

Peyton Blair Rindlisbaker, 15, passed away March 11, 2015 due to injuries from a motorcycle accident. Peyton was born March 3, 2000 in Pocatello, Idaho to Blair and Stephanie Jones Rindlisbaker. He lived in Bancroft, Idaho and attended North Gem from kindergarten to eighth grade. This year, he made the decision to transfer to Grace High School. He was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on March 29, 2008. Peyton received the Aaronic Priesthood when he turned 12. He served as deacons quorum president and was currently serving as second counselor in the teachers quorum in the Bancroft Ward. Peyton loved scouting. He received his Eagle Scout Rank on March 23, 2014. Peyton was an active kid who loved the outdoors. He loved motor biking, snowmobiling, snow skiing, wakeboarding, and bicycling. Peyton loved sports. He grew up playing football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. This year, he was on the Grace High School football, basketball, and track teams. The sport he loved most was football. Peyton loved his coaches and teammates. He loved to watch sports on T.V., especially Alabama football. Peyton was an excellent student who took pride in his grades. This year, he participated in Social Dance Club, BPA, FFA, and Serendipity. Peyton loved family trips and activities. He especially loved playing with his cousins. Peyton is survived by his parents Blair and Stephanie Rindlisbaker, his sister Taylor and brother Koby Rindlisbaker, his grandparents Terry and MarJean Rindlisbaker (Bancroft), and grandparents Hal and Kathy Jones (Pocatello). His parents wish to thank everyone who assisted Peyton after his accident. He received exceptional care. Peyton always had a big smile and hug for everyone. He will be greatly missed. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Noon at the Grace LDS Stake Center. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Stake center and also on Wednesday morning from 10-11:30 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Central Cemetery.
