Emma Relda Gunnell Tigert, 91, of Soda Springs, Idaho passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Caribou Memorial Living Center.

Relda was born on December 9, 1927 in Soda Springs, Idaho the daughter of Thomas P. and Effie Eliason Gunnell.

She graduated from Soda Springs Highs School and then she also attended Ricks College.

Relda married Mack Tigert Sr. on November 3, 1947 in Twin Falls, Idaho. Mack passed away on February 21, 1982.

She was a Loan Officer at U.S. Bank and also worked in the Caribou County Assessor's office for many years.

Relda enjoyed being active in the Red Hats. She also loved gardening.

She is survived by one son and one daughter, Mack Tigert of Pocatello, ID, Nancy and Lynn Cooper of Soda Springs, ID. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and one brother Dean Gunnell. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters, a son Coby Tigert and 1 great-grandson Sam Fay.

She requested cremation and no services.
