Robert "Bob" Henderson Ladner passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 67 in Grace ID from natural causes. He was born on June 20, 1957, to Henderson Lake Ladner and Thelma Briggs Ladner in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Growing up as the middle child to three boys in Marion Massachusetts, Bob enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing with his older brother Gary and younger brother Kevin.

Bob attended Upper Cape Regional Technical High School, where he met his future wife Amy. After graduating in 1976, Bob and Amy went out West for a vacation, fell in love with the area, and moved together across the United States to Medicine Bow Wyoming soon after. After marrying in 1978 in Elk Mountain Wyoming, their first son Daniel was born later that year. Bob then secured better-paying work at the phosphate mining plants in Soda Springs, ID and the small family moved there in 1981. Their second son Jason was then born to them in 1984. Bob worked hard to support his family, and helped raise his sons to be strong, smart and independent. After divorcing in 1997, Bob moved to Grace ID where he lived the rest of his life. He will be remembered for his colorful stories and amusing mishaps.

A family ceremony will be held in Marion Massachusetts for Bob later this year in the springtime.
