Russell Curtis Mills, 48, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015.
Russell was born on December 24, 1966 in Chula Visit, California the son of Thomas Edward and Carol Jean Clarkson Mills.
He served in the U.S. Army for two years.
He lived in El Cajon, CA for 18 Years and Tulsa, OK for 12 years.
Russell was a Journeyman Electrician. He enjoyed fishing, carpentry and cooking.
He is survived by his father Thomas Edward Mills of Grace, Idaho, a brother Raymond Daniel Mills and a sister Christine Michele Mills. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Jean Mills, paternal grandparents Russell and Marie Mills and maternal grandparents Marvin and Zelphia Clarkson.
Cremation services were held and no public services will be held at this time.
