Obituary
Shirley S. Rose, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Caribou Memorial Living Center in Soda Springs.
Shirley was born on October 3, 1935 in Lago, ID the daughter of Raymond and June Letham Swensen.
She married James Edward Crawford on June 27, 1953 in Lago, Idaho. They were later divorced.
She later married James Roger Rose. They were later divorced.
Shirley was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She worked as a cook at the Caribou Memorial Hospital for ten years.
She enjoyed sewing, gardening and yardwork.
Shirley is survived by a son, J. Alan Crawford of Soda Springs, ID, and two daughters, Janette Paul of Poquoson, VA and Diane Crawford of Sequim, WA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren and two brothers Steve Swensen and Ronald Swensen, and one sister Nolene McFarland. She was preceded in death by her parents, three siblings Jim, Robert and Barbara and a son-in-law Brayton Paul.
Services will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Noon at the Grace LDS Stake Center. Family and close friends will visit Thursday from 11-11:45 a.m. at the Church prior to services. Burial will be in the Lago Cemetery.
