Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend Vicki Virraine Burno Gray went to be with the angels on February 5, 2018, at the age of 73.

Vicki was born January 6, 1945 in Long Beach, California to Lt Cmd Edward and Virgil Burno. She spent her younger years moving between Colorado, Virginia, Puerto Rico and Newfoundland. Before settling in Southern California for many years. Followed by living in Louisiana, Texas, back to California and then Idaho.

She is survived by her 3 children: Sue Herold, CA, Shannon West, IL and Dana Hineman (Jessica Parker) ID. Her loving companion Brad Robinson. One surviving brother Lou (Bonnie) Burno, CO. Also surviving are her 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Vicki was preceded in death by both parents, her father passing in 1967 and her mother passing in 1994. She was also preceded by her brother Darel Bienvenu, CA 2011 and her sister Barbara Burno-Mansfield, OR 2013.

Vicki lived a rich full life. Always smiling and willing to lend a hand/ear.She looked for the good in others and helped them see it as well. Her love for her family knew NO bounds. Many who started as friends soon became family to her. Many times opening her home to others for a place to stay.

She could often be found with her hands in dirt, playing with her flowers or tending her many house plants. She was always working on some kind of project around the house. She spent numerous years hauling fine art around America in an 18-wheeler. As well as many positions as a dispatcher. Finally retiring to Idaho in 2007

Her 11 years in Idaho were very wonderful for her. She loved the people and the scenery. Seems everywhere you go they know Vicki and loved her just as much as she loved them.

The family would like to thank Brett Smith PA and staff, Caribou Outpatient Services and Encompass Home Health and Hospice for the loving and wonderful care provided to her. An extra special thank you to Brad Robinson and Paulene Stoddard for being by her side day and night.

A Celebration of Life will be held February 11, 2018 2:00 at Stockman's Bar 96 S. Main St, Soda Springs, ID
