She was born November 19th, 1952 and raised in Vicksburg Michigan, were she attended school and graduated high school. After words she spent a couple of years in German., where she traveled around the country and enjoyed the culture. After returning back to the states she met Allen Lee Munro and they were married on the 20th of September, 1975 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Vickie enjoyed camping, swimming, boating, gardening and anything else she could do in the sun along with playing cards and throwing darts.She loved spending time with her family and friends when ever possible.

Vickie is survived by her three sons and one daughter. Ben Munro of Bancroft Idaho, Albert and Katie Munro of Soda Springs Idaho, Kevin and Sheena of Tooele Utah and Lisa Munro of Telephone Texas. As well as eleven grandchildren she was very proud of. She has two sister and one brother, Sherry Barnhart of Scott's Michigan, Diane Secondi of Vicksburg Michigan and mike Osterling of Woodinville Washington. She was preceded by her husband Allen Lee Munro, her parents Charlie Osterling and Delores Beeman Osterling as well as her grandparents.
