Obituary

Vonice Parkhouse, 81, passed away, Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the Caribou Memorial Hospital in Soda Springs.

Vonice was born on December 8, 1932 in Niter, Idaho the daughter of Albert Wesley and Carrie LaVette Covert.

She graduated from Grace High School and then attended Cochise County College in Douglas, AZ where she obtained her RN Nursing Degree.

She married Theodore K. Wright. They were later divorced.
She married Ron Hooker. He passed away in 1977.
She married Don Russell. He passed way in 1994.
She married Fred Parkhouse in 2000.

She was a military wife and had lived all over the United States.

Vonice enjoyed gold prospecting, camping, fishing and playing slot machines.

She is survived by her husband Fred Parkhouse of Lewiston, ID, a son Drew Wright (Treena Roberts) of Thatcher, ID, and a daughter Patricia (James G.) Wright-Aldrich of Soda Springs. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren, a twin sister Venice Helen Ferrell and her first husband Ted Wright. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Vetta Miles and her 2nd husband, Ron Hooker and 3rd husband Don Russell.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Grace Cemetery. Family will visit with friends on Monday evening from 7-8 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home.
